Speed up Dynamically Generated PHP Sites by Caching


Steps Involved

  • Connect to an MySQL Database
  • Request recent items from database
  • Sort items with recent items at the top
  • Open the items according to your markup template design
  • Keep the File as Cache for future requests
  • Output the furnished page to the user

On subsequent requests check for the cache file if exist and the content is not modified yet directly present the data instead of iterating the above steps.
